AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION
The network of FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION operated by FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION or its affiliates or subsidiaries is comprised of various Web sites and Web pages. The FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION websites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. REFUND POLICY
Regarding registration fees: The policy of the FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or more than two full weeks of practice. Prior to playing in a sanctioned game or practice a refund of the registration fee will be issued.

Regarding donations made to FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION: We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable, but if you have made an error in making your donation to our organization please contact us (see contact information below). Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. We will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To change or stop your monthly recurring giving, please contact us at least 15 days prior to the stop date.

Regarding recurring donations: We will be able to refund the donation of the previous month only.
Regarding Donation Overpayment or Error Refund Policy: Where an error has been made by our organization or a banking facility that results in an overpayment being made, our organization may, in consultation with the donor, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the donor or alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment.
PRIVACY POLICY
FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of FAIRFIELD AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store, or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
